Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure the highest level of protection during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our wellness team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
